Before and after video to showcase the work carried out.

Procured through the PROACTIS PRO-Contract Kent Business portal, this was a project published by the Maidstone Borough council for a complete strip out and conversion to a an MBC parks office facility & community police office.

The project consisted of a complete strip out of all main block internal walls, ceilings, doors, windows, toilets, sinks, wall tiling, floor tiling.

Externally we stripped off all the original, doors, widows, soffits & fascia’s.

Once the building was completely stripped back to a complete open space we built all new block walls to the new design to allow to divide the building into two completely seperate areas – MBC parks facility & community police office.

The MBC parks facility wanted an open storage area plus toilet & kitchen facilities.

The community police office side required an open plan office area with storage, toilet and kitchen facilities.

Both areas required a full electrically strip-out & re-wire. With security being a factor in the area we fitted all new aluminium windows with security electronic shutters plus new security steel doors, CCTV and intruder alarm systems we also installed.

To increase the thermal efficency we injected cavity wall insulation throughout the building plus all new ceilings had new insulation above.

Please contact us if you require further information about this project.
